A group of diverse cross-functional experts (HR Leaders, Organizational Psychologists, Agile Coaches, Culture Consultants, Change Management, and Organizational Development professionals) created the Agile PeopleOps Framework™ that evolved during the 3.0 years and is currently in Wave 2.0.

It all started with an individual client (a staffing company based out of New Jersey, USA) requesting to transform the Talent Acquisition function. A successful Discovery, Training, and Implementation led to a 40% increase in efficiency, productivity, and significant bottom-line financial gains for the client.

Two more implementation requests set the wheels in motion for creating a dynamic and unified conceptual methodology to guide and coach HR/PeopleOps professionals.

The framework is tested and implemented successfully in companies across the USA and India, with certified professionals in the USA, India, South Africa, Middle East, South America, Europe, and Hong Kong. 

Agile PeopleOps Framework™ continues to evolve based on the inputs received from the Core and Advocacy group members spread across the globe.
