“One of the marvelous things about community is that it enables us to welcome and help people in a way we couldn't as individuals.”

Agile PeopleOps Global Community

Our vision is to create a thriving global community for learning, sharing, and implementing new practices in PeopleOps. The three core Agile PeopleOps global community attributes are – connect, collaborate, and co-create (the 3C’s). We believe that a community is an integral part of building a thriving ecosystem of industry experts, thought leaders, practitioners, and stakeholders, and building long-term relationships to orchestrate the growth of Agile PeopleOps to greater heights through collaboration and co-creation. The intent is to create the social fabric to harness collective intelligence and practice the new learnings.
