He has 20 years of experience in different areas of Human Capital of multinational companies, working both in Argentina and in other LATAM countries. His passion for how data can transform the field and drive meaningful conversations in organizations has led him to found HACHE and become a recognized influencer on the topic. With an ever-growing mindset, he constantly seeks new ways to improve and expand his knowledge to continue facilitating the development of an analytical mindset in HR professionals. He is a professor of the ITBA Advanced People Analytics Certification and a speaker at different conferences and universities.
