    Carol is a Hogan Certified, European Mentoring and Coaching Council accredited professional coach with a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from London’s Academy of Executive Coaching. Her experience working in highly matrixed, fast paced, and quickly evolving environments enables her to relate to the challenges faced by senior executives and understand the complexity of their corporate landscapes.

    Alfreda has 20 years of experience in project management, organizational change, IT services delivery, and management consulting. With a MA in organizational leadership, specializing in Servant Leadership with coach training from University of Cambridge's Institute of Continuing Education, the Executive Coaching College, and the International Coach Academy, she equips high performing professionals with the tools they need to enhance performance, resilience, and prevent burnout.
